Introduction

At HIHEAT Team Inc (DBA Ohana Tattoo), we value your commitment to booking with us and want to make tattoos more accessible without sacrificing professionalism. This policy outlines how deposits, cancellations, and financing options work in our studio. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Deposits & Appointment Policy

  • Deposit Requirement: All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
  • Deposit Amount: Deposits typically range from $100 – $500, depending on the size and complexity of the tattoo or the artist’s rate.
  • Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. This covers the artist’s time spent preparing designs and reserving studio time.
  • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. Failure to give adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-Shows & Late Arrivals: If you fail to show up, or arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, your appointment and deposit are forfeited.
 

Financing Options

We offer flexible payment solutions through trusted partners like Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm, so you can split the cost of your tattoo into manageable payments.

Eligibility

  • Klarna: $600 – $30,000
  • Afterpay: $600 – $4,000
  • Affirm: $600 – $30,000

How It Works

Invoice Generation: Once your tattoo appointment and price are confirmed, an invoice is generated through our CRM and emailed to you. Payment Processing: Payments are securely handled through Stripe. Plan Selection: You’ll be redirected to Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm to choose your payment plan.

Financing Options in Detail

Klarna
  • Pay in 4: Four interest-free payments (first due at booking).
  • Pay Later in 30 Days: Get your tattoo now, pay in full later.
  • Monthly Financing: Spread payments over 6–36 months (interest may apply).
Afterpay
  • Pay in 4: Four automatic interest-free payments, every two weeks.
Affirm
  • Monthly Installments: Pay over 3–36 months with flexible terms (interest may apply).
 

Benefits of Financing

  • Full Amount Financing: Spread the entire cost of your tattoo over time.
  • 50% Deposit Financing: For tattoos over $1,200, you can pay a $600+ deposit upfront and finance the rest.

Q: Are deposits applied toward the final tattoo price?
Yes. Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your tattoo.
Q: Can I transfer my deposit to another person?
No. Deposits are tied to the original client and cannot be transferred.
Q: How do automatic payments work with financing?
Payments are automatically withdrawn from your linked bank account, debit card, or credit card according to your selected financing schedule.
