Welcome to Aloha Tattoo Company. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Age Requirement

In accordance with Hawaii state law, you must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo or piercing. We require a valid, government-issued photo ID for all clients. No exceptions will be made for minors, even with parental consent, for tattooing.

2. Bookings and Deposits

To secure an appointment, we may require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo or piercing. Deposits are forfeited if you:

  • Fail to show up for your appointment (No-call, no-show).
  • Cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice.
  • Arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification.

3. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing or healing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health risk to the client or our staff.

You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your appointment.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Aloha Tattoo Company and the respective artist.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aloha Tattoo Company and its artists are not liable for any dissatisfaction with the artistic result, provided the work was performed with professional care. We provide aftercare instructions, and it is the client's responsibility to follow them to ensure proper healing.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Honolulu, Hawaii.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
