Important: Healing Timeline
Tattoos need 4-8 weeks to fully heal before we can accurately assess if a touch-up is needed. Please wait until your tattoo is completely healed before requesting evaluation.
Note: Fading due to sun exposure, improper aftercare, or natural aging is not covered under our complimentary touch-up policy.
Photo Requirements for Evaluation
To help us provide the best evaluation, please submit clear photos following these guidelines:
- 1.Natural lighting: Take photos in bright, natural daylight (not direct sunlight)
- 2.Clear focus: Ensure the entire tattoo is in focus and sharp
- 3.Multiple angles: Include at least 2-3 photos from different angles
- 4.Close-ups: Include close-up shots of areas that concern you
- 5.Full context: Include at least one photo showing the entire tattoo
